We at MK make sure that during new product development, each and every product under goes complete physical & chemical properties testing before going for functional and endurance testing. We have complete set of test rigs as per standards for functional and endurance testing of Brakes and Clutches separately. ​

We also do the outdoor testing of the vehicles which is carried out on rough road conditions. Other equipment include high accuracy Microscope, VMM, CMM, Hardness tester and Profile projector.

Our routine testing procedures include evaluation of co-efficient of friction, Clutch performance at different oil temperatures, Clutch performance with different oil grades, evaluation of wear rate of Clutch Plate and mating part.

R&D activities are going on for new development of Paper Friction Clutch for 2 wheeler in technical collaboration with M/s MIBA friction group, Austria.
